Significant Places

My Church

A place that is significant to me is my Church. It is significant to me because it is a place where I get to see some of my relatives who barely comes to Church. Another reason why this place is significant to me is because, it is a place where everyone comes to praise the name of the Lord. A third reason why the place is significant to me because it is one of the places that I grew up going to once or twice a week. The last reason why Church is a significant place to me is because in the house of the Lord, we all respect each other, love one another, and many other things too.

Will Smith's well-being

In the video, Will said a friend offered him some stuff to help him stay awake for school. Later on his cousin took the pills. After his cousin had took the pills something had happened to him. When Will got home, his uncle gave him tickets for an event. Will didn't take the tickets because of what had happened to his cousin. He then made a confession to his uncle about what happened then told the whole family. How this relates to Will Smith's Well-Being:

Social: Talking with his family

Physical: Busy focusing on school, work, and basketball

Mental & Emotional: Was happy in the beginning, got emotional in the end

Spiritual: Thinking about his loved one who could of been dead by now

Goals for 2018

My goal for 2018 is to Study / Prepare for NCEA lvl 1. For me to achieve my goal by the end of this year means that I have to have the right attitude and the right tools. The tools that I need to have are at least a netbook, a pen and also a book. Achieving a goal to me means that I have to have the right attitude. Having the right attitude means that I have to pay attention in class and work hard. If I do all these things then I would end up with 2 - 4 credits by then end of the year.

Year 9 Camp

On Monday and Tuesday, all the year nine classes and our mentors, went on a two day and one night camp. On the first day of camp, everyone had to hike up the mountain and back down to get to the camp site. After the hike, we had to do our first activity. The activities that were taking part were the, Confidence Course, The Beast, The Crate Challenge and many more. On the second day, we had to do some more activities. My favourite activity that my group took part in was the Confidence Course. In the Confidence Course, you have to go through a few obstacles that involve mud as well.
